What details are required to generate a Kundli?
Enter the birth date, local birth time and birthplace. Select the birthplace from the suggestions so the correct latitude, longitude and IANA timezone are used. Name and sex are optional report details.
How accurate should the birth time be?
A difference of a few minutes can change the Ascendant degree, house cusps and divisional charts. Use the recorded local clock time and the exact birthplace whenever possible.
Why do different Kundli websites show different results?
They may use different ayanamshas, node types, house systems, sunrise conventions, Dasha year lengths, ephemerides and rounding. PlanetPosition states its selected method and calculation version in every report.
What is Shadbala in a Kundli?
Shadbala is the traditional six-fold strength calculation for the Sun through Saturn. PlanetPosition shows the components, Virupas, Rupas and each planet's classical minimum instead of presenting one unexplained score.
Can Yogas or Doshas guarantee an event?
No. A rule match is one chart factor. Dignity, cancellation, Dasha, transits, divisional charts, choices and real circumstances all affect how a traditional theme may be expressed.
Does Sade Sati always cause problems?
No. Sade Sati is a Saturn transit phase measured from the natal Moon, not a universal sentence. The report shows the current phase, calculated dates, method, constructive possibilities and practical cautions.
Should I buy a gemstone from an automated Kundli report?
Not without qualified human review. Gemstones can be costly, and even within Jyotish a weak planet is not automatically a planet that should be strengthened.
